Mr. Renae White Jr. - Director
Mr. White received his music education degree from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Mr. White is now the assistant director of the Mooresville High School marching band and is the director of the Mooresville Middle school band. He has been with the Fusion Percussion organization from the beginning in 2007.

Mr. Daniel Norris - Assistant Director
Daniel is one of the original founding members of Fusion Percussion and has been the inspiration for many of the tenor solos as well as a main contributer to the designs.  As he has matured during the last several years, he has provided leadership to the other performers which has helped the director get the most out of everyone.  Now, as a an assistant director, Daniel can expand his influence across the unit while continuing to contribute to all of the design aspects of the show.  In addition, his vast percussion experience is leveraged as he writes all of the drill for the shows according to the music.    His ideas of combining the music and his design skills allow Fusion Percussion to perform dramatic movements that inspire audiences, its members, as well as the staff.

Mr. Thomas Norris - Show Designer/Battery Technician
Thomas is another one of the original founding members of Fusion Percussion and has been the inspiration for most of the designs concepts over the years.  Also as he has matured during the last several years, he has provided leadership to all the performers which has helped  get the most out of everyone.  Now, as a member of the staff as designer and battery technician, Thomas can expand his influence across the unit while continuing to contribute to all of the design aspects of the show.  if this sounds a lot like his older brother's description, well it has been that way their whole time together.  They feed off each other which only improves the designs, drill, and concepts for all the shows.

Mr. Austin Powell - Snare Technician
Austin has joined the Fusion staff from his experience and expertise from UNCC's music program. He concentration on the snare line has helped the percussionists focus on a common technique as well as a leader in supplying the line with feedback and direction.

Ms. Sarah Cahoon - Cymbal Technician
Sarah has been a part of Fusion from the very beginning.  Sarah was a founding member of Fusion and marched from 2007-2011.  Now as a member of the staff, she has been great to provide our members a great attitude and plenty of laughs.  As we all say, "Go home Sarah."

Mr Ron "Jazz" Brown - Front Ensemble Technician
Jazz joined the group in 2016 and has been invaluable to improving the performance of the front ensemble per the unit's 'Open' classification.  His energy, drive, and dedication to helping the front has helped to established the group as one of the primary sections of Fusion.  Jazz has jumped into indoor with both feet and has been excited every since !!!

Ms. Tammy Waterman - Support Staff

Ms. Waterman is one of the fund raising team members that select and organize the fund raisers for the members.  She is bringing an added energy that has caused the other staff members to get excited about the upcoming season.  Her bright attitude and professionalism toward raising money for each member as well as the organization is a positive attitude that has helped the staff and members concentrate on putting a professional show on the floor.

Mr. Stuart Upchurch  - Support Staff
Stuart is on the board in charge of procuring food and supplies for the various trips each season.  He communicates to each volunteer parent in order to insure we have what we need on our trips.

Mr. Tony Waterman  - Support Staff
